Refund Policy

Why it is written that way

The guides make a specific claim: that ordinary changes to how you shop, store and cook will save you more than the cover price. The refund is tied to that claim rather than to whether you enjoyed the reading. If a guide cannot clear its own price, it should not have it.

The standard 30-day refund

Separately from the promise above, you can ask for a refund for any reason within 30 days of purchase. You do not need to have tried anything first and you do not need to explain yourself. There is no form and no exit survey.

How to ask

• Reply to your purchase receipt, or write to dykrosmedia@gmail.com.
• Include the email address you bought with, so the order can be found.
• You do not need to send us your grocery receipts. We are not going to audit your kitchen.

What happens next

• Refunds are approved within 2 business days of the request.
• The money returns to your original payment method. Your bank usually posts it within 5 to 10 business days after that, which is outside our control.
• The refund covers the full amount you paid, including any tax charged at checkout.
• You keep the files. We do not revoke access to anything you already downloaded, and we will not ask you to delete it.

Bundles

If you bought the three-book library and want to refund it, the refund is for the whole 89 dollars. We do not split a bundle into partial refunds, and we do not ask you to give back the one-page master plan.

After 30 days

The 30-day window is the formal policy. Write anyway if something has genuinely gone wrong, such as a download that never worked or a corrupted file. We would rather fix it than hold you to a date.

Chargebacks

Please write to us before opening a dispute with your bank. A refund asked for directly is faster for you than a chargeback, and it does not put a mark on the account that pays for making this material.
